Shipping

What are your shipping options?
We currently ship within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3–8 business days)
  • FedEx 2-Day (Fast Shipping): $10.95
  • Free Shipping: Orders $75+ (before tax/discounts)

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–8 business days from your order date. FedEx 2-Day arrives 2 business days after production is complete.


Orders & Tracking

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hello@ofsoulandgrace.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made-to-order, requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may not be possible.


Returns & Remakes

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@ofsoulandgrace.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description

We’ll arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Do you accept returns?
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns. However, we do offer remakes if your order qualifies.

What is your remake policy?
We offer a 30-day remake review window from your purchase date for eligible orders. Remakes are approved case-by-case; please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Our product images may include high-quality mockups. Actual colors can vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. If your item appears significantly different than expected, please contact us with photos for review.

How are items packaged?
Each item is carefully packaged for protection and presentation, ready to be gifted or enjoyed.

Can I use more than one discount code on an order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

Discount codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. We’re unable to apply codes retroactively to past orders.

Do discount codes expire?

Yes, most discount codes have an expiration date or usage limit. Be sure to check the details of the promotion for availability.

Where do I enter my discount code?

You can enter your code in the “Discount code” box during checkout, before completing your payment.
