Thank you for shopping with Of Soul & Grace. Every order is made with intention and care.

Where We Ship

United States only (all 50 states; U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted where carrier service is available).
We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Most orders are made-to-order and process within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Personalized items may require additional time.
You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or comparable domestic carriers. We select the best option based on destination and item.
Available methods include:

  • Free Standard Shipping (3–8 business days)
  • FedEx 2-Day (fast shipping): $12.49

Estimated Delivery (USA)

  • Production time: 2–5 business days
  • Transit time (Standard): 2–5 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days after production
  • Total estimated delivery (Standard): 3–8 business days from order date

Note: During peak seasons or carrier disruptions, processing or transit may take longer. Of Soul & Grace cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed when your order ships. If you don’t receive tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hello@ofsoulandgrace.com.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is marked “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please check with household members and neighbors first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier trace/claim.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because items are made-to-order, requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@ofsoulandgrace.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate remedy.

Remake Policy

We offer a 60-day remake review window from your purchase date for eligible orders. Remakes are approved case-by-case; see our Refund & Return Policy for details.

Visuals & Color Disclaimer

Product images may include high-quality mockups or renderings. Colors can vary slightly due to different screens and lighting. If your item appears significantly different than expected, contact support with photos for review.
